THREE LEVELS OF SUPPORT

We Do It 4 the Culture™ offers different levels of support to help your staff build meaningful relationships with students and practice culturally-responsive pedagogy. We will determine the best tier for your school together, but please feel free to review the options below to get a better understanding of what we offer.

WE DO IT 4 THE CULTURE BASIC

The basic tier includes full access to the We Do It 4 the Culture™ curriculum for your entire team plus a 3-hour virtual training*.

WE DO IT 4 THE CULTURE PLUS

Our plus tier includes full access to the We Do It 4 the Culture™ curriculum for your entire team as well as a 3-hour virtual training, onsite coaching, and a train-the-trainer model to provide ongoing support to your staff both internally and externally.

GO TO MS. SAMS PARTNERSHIP

Our partnership tier is a great way to provide coaching and training for your entire team around the importance of social-emotional learning and culturally responsive pedagogy. The partnership includes in-person training and customized coaching to best support your school.

*What are the goals of a standard We Do It for the Culture training?

Our trainings are designed to fit the needs of your school, while revolving around three key themes:

The alignment between the 5 elements of hip-hop and the 5 SEL competencies.
Teaching strategies grounded in both hip-hop pedagogy and SEL research.
Navigating the WDI4TC platform for optimal use and effectiveness.

Let's Meet

Fill out the interest form and we will reach out to schedule time to connect. The goal of this meeting is to learn more about your school, your current SEL practices, and advisory. We will also share a full demo of the We Do It 4 the Culture™ curriculum and answer any questions you may have.

Am I Ready?

Once we've had a chance to connect, we will send a readiness assessment to your designated point of contact. Ideally, we would like all advisory educators and administrators to complete the assessment so we can learn more about your school's needs and design a customized program just for you.

Getting Underway

We'll agree on a path forward, either selecting one of the tiers above or developing a fully custom package. Once you accept our written proposal, we can get started! You'll select a school administrator and we'll provide access to the We Do It 4 the Culture™ curriculum and schedule your training.

Point of Contact

Each We Do It 4 the Culture™ school has a point person who will serve as your main point of contact during your subscription. In most cases, your point person will deliver your training and follow up a few times throughout the year to check in and see how the curriculum is working for your staff and students.
